“Trust must be earned."  One has to build on so many layers to achieve trust. Some aspects come naturally. Others may require hard work and new skills.Create an agenda and circulate it before the meeting. Make sure all participants know the purpose of the meeting. Finish with action items and attach names to responsibilities.
